Keep in mind:

The power that He uses to sustain you in the Eucharist

is the same power that Christ used to sustain himself on the cross;

the same power that God used to raise him from the dead;

the same power by which he ascended into heaven

and the same power that Holy Spirit strengthened the apostles with to change the face of the earth.


When you are not strong enough, remember who has your back

In case anyone was curious about how the early church assembled, here is An account from Justin Martyr around the year 150 AD:

During my senior year in college (2006), I was fortunate enough to have Christopher West come and speak to an open audience (both Catholics and Protestants who were interested) at my school about “God, Sex, and the meaning of Life.” He allowed us to record it and share as we saw fit, so there’s no copyright issue.
